zzz so long nvr post liaos .
well now nothing do so went to post .
wah seh . today got physical & fitness test .
so mad . cos left 1 point then can get silver . RAHHS !
but then still got the 1.6km run . so mayb will get silver .
the 1st station we did is the sit up.
i did 28 in a minute .
then nxt is the standing broad jump .
i was damn nervous when it was my turn .
lols jump till 151cm . 1st time 150~ sia !
then the nxt is the .. is the sit & reach
phew luckily i pass ! 22cm nia ~~
then nxt is the inclined pull ups ! wah heng i passed oso .
did 6 . zzz
then last is the shuttle run .
... 12.71 secs ! RAHHS ! let's see the points i got total :
sit up:28 point:5 grade:A
standing broad jump: 151cm point : 3 grade: C
sit & reach : 22cm point:1 grade: E
inclined pull up : 6 point:2 grade:D
shuttle run: 12.71 secs point:3 grade: C
haiz . 1 MORE POINTS THEN PASS LE ! JYSJYS
